Our story

Nad&S

Handmade tweed wedding suits

Seven years cutting and sewing men's tweed wedding suits. Still at the same bench, still making every order by hand — now shipped worldwide.

Profile

It started with one suit. A friend was getting married in November, wanted tweed, and couldn't find anything that wasn't either a costume or a mortgage. The pattern was cut on a kitchen table, sewn over six weeks, and we've been making tweed wedding suits ever since.

Seven years on, this is still a small business in the truest sense. There is no factory behind it — which is exactly why the timings on this site are honest: 5–7 business days on the bench, then on its way to you, anywhere in the world.

In our own words

"On the full suits you pick each piece separately, because almost nobody is the same size on the shoulders as they are at the waist. And if you email with a question about your wedding, your groomsmen or your fabric, the workshop answers."
